Professional Machine Polish & Ceramic Protection Process

1. Thorough Exterior Wash & Preparation

We began by giving the Aston Martin Vantage AMR a thorough exterior wash to remove any dirt, grime, road contaminants and loose particles from the vehicle.
Particular care was taken to ensure that the bodywork was thoroughly cleaned before any polishing work began.
Proper preparation was essential to minimise the risk of dragging contaminants across the paintwork during the polishing stage.

2. Individual Panel Preparation

Before beginning the machine polishing stage, we carefully cleaned each individual panel one at a time using a specialist alcohol-based cleaning solution.
This preparation step was carried out to remove any remaining oils, contaminants, dust or residue from the surface of the paintwork.
Each panel was thoroughly treated before being carefully dried using clean microfibre cloths.
We took particular care to ensure that every panel was left completely clean and dry, creating the ideal surface for the machine polishing process.

3. Thorough Machine Polishing

Once the vehicle was fully prepared, we began the machine polishing process, working carefully panel by panel.
Each section of the Aston Martin was treated individually to ensure that the entire vehicle received consistent attention.
We used a machine polisher with extreme care and attention to detail, carefully working the polish across the paintwork rather than rushing through the panels.

5. Ceramic Coating Application

Once the paintwork had been fully polished and prepared, we applied a ceramic coating liquid protection to the vehicle.
The ceramic coating was applied one panel at a time, allowing us to maintain complete control over the application process.
Each panel was carefully coated to ensure an even and consistent layer of protection across the paintwork.
After applying the coating to each panel, we carefully worked the surface using three separate microfibre cloths.
The use of multiple dedicated microfibre cloths allowed us to carefully remove excess coating and ensure the surface was left smooth and evenly finished.
Each panel was inspected before moving onto the next, ensuring that the coating was properly levelled and that no unwanted residue or high spots remained.
This meticulous process was continued across the entire vehicle until every paintwork panel had received the ceramic protection.
